This document describes how  Kindergarten "Mali istraživač", Ede Murtića 7, Zagreb OIB: 98748037928 (from here Kindergarten) processes personal data.

The privacy policy applies to all user personal data that we collect and process. Contact information collected on our website will not be made public nor will it be used for anything else, except for sending an answer to your inquiry!

You provide your personal data for the above purposes voluntarily, which you confirm by giving clear and unambiguous consent. The kindergarten will process your personal data in accordance with the described purpose, during the period in which the processing of such data is necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, and at the latest within the period determined by an internal act regulating the processing and storage of such data.

We store the personal data we collect about you in a secure environment. Your personal information is protected from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, alteration or destruction by any organization or individual. The processed data is stored in our premises and IT systems, but sometimes we store the data on the servers of our trusted service providers. We will ensure that personal information is kept in a secure location (which includes reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to prevent unauthorized use, access, disclosure, copying or modification of personal information), accessible only to authorized persons.
